Synopsis
Marina is a bright, 40 year-old businesswoman.
Matilde, the president of the company she works for, informs her that the board of directors would like to offer her an important managerial position.
After the initial moment of joy, Marina is overcome by a thousand qualms about her family, her husband Paolo and the children.
